Cancellation and refund policy

Membership gives immediate access to member features, so it is generally not refundable once activated.

If you were charged twice or charged without your membership being activated, write to [EMAIL] with your payment ID within 7 days. Verified duplicate or failed-activation payments are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

If we remove your profile for breaking the terms, no refund is due.
