This website, nikahdeccan.com, is owned and operated by Mohammed Abrar Ahmed, an individual operating under the name "Nikah Deccan" ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. Our contact details appear in Contact and grievances.

The service is for finding a spouse for marriage, not for casual dating. It is open to Muslims and people willing to embrace Islam who belong to or live in Telangana, Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh, including eligible people living abroad.

Our minimum profile ages are 21 for men and 18 for women. You must also meet any other legal requirements applicable to your proposed marriage. Anyone creating or managing an account must be at least 18 years old. We do not permit profiles for anyone below our minimum profile ages.

You may create your own profile, or a parent, sibling, relative or friend may create it with your informed permission. A representative must have permission to provide and share the information and photos, explain how the service works, and respect the profile subject's decisions about contact and disclosure. The person represented may contact us to request correction or removal, and we will act on such a request even if the account was created by someone else.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including your age, identity and marital status. Fake profiles, impersonation, undisclosed existing marriages, harassment, scams and requests for money are prohibited. We may investigate, restrict, suspend or remove accounts for these reasons. Any refund is handled under our refund policy and applicable law.

Other members' information is shared only for genuine marriage enquiries. You must not screenshot, record, download, copy, publish, forward, sell or misuse their photos, biodata, messages or contact details without their permission. Approval to view information is not permission to distribute it. We cannot guarantee that another person will never copy information they can view.

Photos shown to an approved member may carry a code identifying that member's account, so that photos shared without permission can be traced. Misuse of another member's photos or information may lead to removal of your account and to action under applicable law.

Members control approval for access to their unblurred photos and contact details. Revoking approval stops further authorised access through the service. For a short period after viewing, a recipient's browser may still hold a photo it has already loaded, and revoking cannot retrieve information a recipient has already seen, recorded or shared outside the service.

We do not independently verify every statement made by members and do not guarantee a match or marriage. Verify identity, age, education, employment and marital status independently, involve trusted family members where appropriate, and take reasonable precautions before making commitments.

The service is currently free to use and we do not process payments. If paid membership is introduced, it will be a one-time payment for the features and period clearly shown before checkout, and it will not renew automatically. Free access and promotional offers apply only as described when offered. Cancellation and refunds are explained in our refund policy.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, or request closure by contacting support@nikahdeccan.com. Deletion and record retention are explained in our privacy policy. Because a conversation belongs to both participants, deleting your account also removes that conversation from the other member's account. Closing an account does not automatically create a right to a refund.

We may restrict or suspend an account to investigate suspected misuse, protect members or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact us for a review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Disputes relating to these terms or the service may be brought before the courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
