This website is operated by Nikah Deccan, India ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service is only for finding a spouse for marriage. It is open to Muslims, and to people willing to revert to Islam, who belong to or live in Telangana, Karnataka or Andhra Pradesh. It is not a dating service.

The person the profile is for must be of legal marriage age under Indian law: at least 21 for men and 18 for women. A profile may be created by the person or by a parent, sibling, relative or friend with the person's knowledge and consent.

You must give true information. Profiles that are fake, already married without disclosure, or that ask for money will be removed without refund.

Photos and contact details of other members are shared with you only for the purpose of marriage. You must not copy, publish, forward or misuse them. Each shared photo carries a code that identifies the viewer.

We do not verify every statement made by members and do not guarantee a match. Please meet families, verify details independently and involve elders before any commitment.

Membership is a one-time payment for the period shown. It does not renew automatically.

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Disputes are subject to the courts of Hyderabad, India.
